A Child in the care of a divorced parent

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o tom, jaký význam má rodina pro dítě, jak rozvod může ovlivnit vývoj dítěte a jaká je péče o dítě po rozvodu manželství. Celá práce shrnuje poznatky o této problematice z dostupné odborné literatury. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako dítě, rodina a její funkce, rozvod. Následně se v ní popisuje, jak děti na rozvod reagují, jak ho prožívají, jak se do rozvodového i porozvodového procesu zapojuje orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a jaké jsou v současné době možnosti porozvodového uspořádání rodiny. Závěr práce je vzhledem obrovskému nárůstu neúplných rodin s dětmi během několika posledních desetiletí, věnován problematice jednoparentální rodiny, dále pak jak taková rodina funguje a jaké mohou mít osamocení rodiče potíže při výchově dětí.

Abstract:

This Bachelor?s Thesis deals with how important it is for a child to have a family, how a divorce can affect the child?s development and how a child is taken care of after the marriage is divorced. The thesis sums up the knowledge of this issue as presented in specialized bibliography. An explanation of the basic notions, such as child, family and its function, divorce, etc. is provided. This is followed by a description of how children reskond to divorce, how they perceive it, what is the role of the authority for the social-legal protection of children within the divorce and post-divorce process and what the current possibilities for the post-divorce family arrangement are. Due to an enormous increase in the number of incomplete families over the past few decades, the thesis concludes with the issue of single-parent families, explaining how these families function and what problems may be encountered by single parents while upbringing their children.
