Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit možnosti řešení bytové situace osob pobírajících dávky pomoci v hmotné nouzi, a zda osoby v hmotné nouzi v Ostravě mají zájem o řešení bytové situace a o sociální pomoc při jejím řešení.
