Control system of house heat economy

Abstract:

Cílem práce je rozbor a následný výběr čidel teploty vhodných pro použití s mikrokontrolérem, zejména budou popsány senzory s možností datové komunikace s nadřazeným řídícím systémem. Pro úplnost budou uvedeny základní principy teplotních snímačů spolu s jejich výhodami a nevýhodami. Dále je řešen návrh řídícího systému pro regulaci tepelného hospodářství domu s možností využití více zdrojů tepla. Řídící systém je navržen jako programovatelná jednotka s možností připojení digitálních čidel teploty. Výstupní rozhraní regulátoru je navrženo pro dvoustavové ovládání akčních členů. Návrh respektuje i přípravu pro rozšíření řídícího systému. Tímto rozšířením je zamýšlena větší univerzálnost použití regulátoru a zvýšení uživatelského komfortu. Dalším bodem práce bude rozbor elektricky ovládaných ventilů pro rozvod teplonosného média v otopné soustavě.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is an analysis and subsequent selection of thermal sensors suitable for use with a microcontroller. Special attention is given to sensors that communicate with a parent control system. To provide a clearer image, the paper mentions the basic operational principles of thermal sensors along with the benefits and disadvantages. Furthermore, the thesis describes the design and structure of a heat circuit control system for buildings with optional application of several sources of heat. The control system is designed as a programmable unit with the ability to connect digital thermal sensors. The output interface of the control system is designed for two-state controls of the active components. The design also brings optional connection of expansion modules to the control system to increase universality of the device as well as user comfort. Another part of the thesis focuses on electrically controlled valves that are used in the heating distribution system.
