Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku a zhodnotit oblast motivace a významu interpersonální komunikace v procesu řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku. Teoretická část práce obsahuje kapitoly týkající se role manažera v procesu řízení lidských zdrojů včetně jeho kompetencí, motivace zaměstnanců, významu interpersonální komunikace, druhů komunikace a komunikačních bariér, pracovního výkonu a dále pak systému hodnocení a odměňování. Praktická část práce se věnuje již samotnému průzkumu provedeného dotazníkovou formou šetření s cílem zmapovat aktuální postoj lidí ve společnosti k těmto tématům. Informace o výsledcích dotazníkového šetření, respondentech a použitých metodách pro průzkum jsou obsaženy v této části práce. Závěru práce předchází diskuze nad výsledky vybraných odpovědí a samotný závěr práce obsahuje celkové shrnutí poznatků ze získaných dat, zhodnocení dosažení stanoveného cíle a obecné návrhy či opatření, které by mohly směřovat ke zlepšení situace v rámci této řešené problematiky.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the system of human resources management in the company and evaluate the area of motivation and importance of interpersonal communication in the process of human resources management in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains chapters relating to the role of the manager in the process of human resources management including his competencies, employee motivation, the importance of interpersonal communication, types of communication and communication barriers, work performance and the evaluation and reward system. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the survey conducted by a questionnaire in the form of a survey in order to map the current attitude of people in society to these topics. Information on the results of the questionnaire survey, respondents and methods used for the survey are contained in this part of the thesis. The conclusion of the thesis is preceded by a discussion on the results of selected answers and the very conclusion of the thesis contains a general summary of findings from the data obtained, evaluation of achieving the set goal and general proposals or measures that could lead to improving the situation within this issue.
