Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou dlouhodobého financování firem. Toto téma jsem si vybral s přihlédnutím k atraktivitě této problematiky a několikaletému působení v oblasti podnikového bankovnictví. Snažil jsem se čtenáři přiblížit tuto problematiku jak z pohledu teoretického, tak bych se rád podělil v této diplomové práci se svými praktickými zkušenostmi z podnikového bankovnictví. V současné době je problematika dlouhodobého financování klíčová pro zdravé fungování společnosti. Vzhledem k vysokému hospodářskému růstu dochází k nárůstu žádostí o dlouhodobé financování u jednotlivých bankovních domů. Tento nárůst si vyžaduje odlišný přístup u firemních bankéřů. Zatímco dříve se práce firemního bankéře v oblasti dlouhodobého financování soustředila na akvizici nových klientů, v současné době je tento bankéř spoluodpovědný za rizikový profil klientů v jeho portfoliu. V návaznosti na tento fakt dle předpisu Basel II. stále ve více bankovních domů používá jako indikátor „rizikově upravené“ výkonnosti portfolia ukazatel RAROC. V rámci bližšího pochopení této problematiky se věnuji dlouhodobému firemnímu bankovnímu financování z tohoto pohledu.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on the long term financing of the enterprises. I choose this problem as a subject for my thesis mainly due to the long-term interest and involvement in the corporate banking area. I tried to zoom into the theoretical part and also to bring near the practical angle where I would like to share my experience from the corporate banking. This problem is at present the key problem for the proper run of the business. We are witnessing the massive increase of the requests for the long-term financing mainly due to the significant increase of the gross domestic product. This increase demands the new approach from the corporate bankers. In the past the typical routine of the corporate bankers was to acquire as much new clients as possible the new role of the corporate banker is to be responsible also for the risk profile of his/her clients in the portfolio. In connection the more and more banking corporations implements Basel II. and utilizes the indicator risk adjusted return on capital to measure „risk adjusted“ performance of the portfolio. To fully understand the consequences I devoted myself to the long term corporate banking financing insight.
