Debtrelief as a means of resolving insolvency
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje insolvenční řízení a definuje základní pojmy insolvenčního zákona. Současně poskytuje ucelený pohled na celé insolvenční řízení. Popis průběhu jednotlivých fází oddlužovacího procesu je podložený judikaturou a konkrétními případy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes insolvency proceedings and defines basic terms of insolvency law.Currently provils comprehensive view of whole insolvency proceedings. Description of individual phases of insolvency proceeding is backed up by caselaw and specific cases.
