System of protection of children at risk: Case study focused on children at selected elementary school

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá celkovým systémem ochrany ohrožených dětí a fungováním ochrany dětí v rámci vybrané základní školy a dalšími zainteresovanými aktéry a jejich společné kooperace. V teoretické části definuji ohrožené dítě a s tím i spojené základní potřeby a podmínky pro zdravý vývoj dítěte. Rodina je jedním z důležitých aktérů, a proto jsem se zabývala základními funkcemi, poruchami rodiny a také vlivy rodiny na socializační vývoj a vzdělávací úspěšnost dětí. Základní škola je dalším aktérem, kterým se zabývám v rámci zkoumání i teoretické části. V mé práci se opírám o základní školu jako sociální svět. Dochází k identifikaci socializace dětí ve školním prostředí, sociální opory a sociální dovedností pro učitele a sociální interakce v rámci základní školy. Práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem je zajištěna erudovanost pracovníků v oblasti práce s ohroženým dítětem a jak probíhá spolupráce zainteresovaných aktérů při řešení nepříznivé životní situace ohroženého dítěte.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the overall system of protection of endangered children and the functioning of child protection within the selected primary school and other stakeholders and their joint cooperation. In the theoretical part I define the endangered child and the associated basic needs and conditions for the healthy development of the child. The family is one of the important actors, and therefore I dealt with the basic functions, family disorders and also the influences of the family on the social development and educational success of children. Elementary school is another actor, which I deal with in the research and theoretical part. In my work I rely on elementary school as a social world. The socialization of children in the school environment, social support and social skills for teachers and social interactions within the primary school are identified. The thesis examines how the erudition of workers in the field of work with endangered children is ensured and how the cooperation of interested actors in solving the unfavorable life situation of endangered children takes place.
