Tato bakalářská práce pomocí sběru dat analyzuje rozsah manažerských dovedností ve vybrané firmě. Nejdříve autor vysvětlí pojmy související s výrazy management a manažer a následně se v aplikační části věnuje samotné analýze manažerských dovedností. This bachelor thesis analyzes the extent of managerial skills in the selected company with the use of data collection. First, the author explains concepts related to the terms management and manager and then deals with analysis of managerial skills itself in application part.
