Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odběr moče na mikrobiologickou analýzu v práci všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část popisuje močové infekce, které jsou indikací odběru. Dále se zabývá faktory preanalytické variability, které se vyskytují před odběrem, při odběru a po odběru moče na mikrobiologické vyšetření. Dopodrobna se práce věnuje dvěma v praxi nejvíce využívaným odběrům, a to odběru středního proudu moče a odběru moče z permanentního močového katétru. V empirické části jsou pak hodnoceny vědomosti a znalosti dotazovaných všeobecných sester ohledně zásad, které uplatňují při odběru moče k mikrobiologické analýze. V závěru práce jsou předloženy schematické postupy odběrů moče na mikrobiologickou analýzu, které by v praxi měly všeobecné sestry dodržovat.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the collection of urine specimen for microbiological analysis in the work of nurse. The theoretical part describes urinary infections which are the reason for indication of specimen collection. It also deals with factors of preanalytical variability which are acquired before, during and after urine specimens are collected for microbiological examination. The thesis devotes detailed analysis to the two most commonly used collection procedures, which are midstream collection and urine collection from a indwelling urinary catheter. In the empirical part of the thesis there is an evaluation of the knowledge of the surveyed nurses concerning principles which should be applied during the collection of urine samples for microbiological analysis. At the conclusion of the thesis there are schematic procedures which should be observed by nurses during the collection of urine samples for microbiological analysis.
