An interactive tool for teaching 1D discrete wavelet transform
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create an interactive tool for teaching the wavelet transform. Bachelor thesis presents one-dimensional discrete wavelet transform, then describes design and implementation of application visualizing the transform. The output of the thesis is a desktop application intented for use in digital image processing courses.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť interaktívny nástroj na výuku vlnkovej transformácie. Bakalárska práca predstavuje jednorozmernú diskrétnu vlnkovú transformáciu, následne popisuje návrh a implementáciu aplikácie, ktorá vizuálne zobrazuje transformáciu. Výstupom je desktopová aplikácia, ktorá bude následne použitá vo výuke predmentov v oblasti digitálneho spracovania obrazu.
