Education of literature on elementary and high school during the communist regime - verbal and historical research

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá orální historií a orálně-historickým výzkumem. První kapitoly práce se věnují historii orální historie, jejím zakladatelům a možnostem záznamů provedených interview v rámci orálně-historického výzkumu. Je kladen důraz na představení osob pamětníka a badatele (tazatele). Druhá kapitola je věnována české orální historii a třetí kapitola se věnuje vývoji socialistického školství a jeho typovým znakům, včetně úprav doby trvání povinné školní docházky. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje Základní školu ve Volyni, na které pamětnice působila. Pátá kapitola představuje osobu pedagoga v dobách minulého režimu. Šestá kapitola obsahuje záznam poskytnutých interview a jejich zhodnocení nalezneme v závěru této práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with an oral history and an oral-historical research. The first chapters of the thesis are devoted to the history of oral history, its founders, and the various possibilities of recording interviews conducted as part of the oral history research. Emphasis is placed on introducing the persons of the memorialist and the researcher (the interviewee and the interviewer), who are key figures for the oral history research. The second chapter is devoted to Czech oral history, and the third chapter is devoted to the development of socialist education and its typical features, including adjustments in the duration of compulsory schooling. The fourth chapter is devoted to the Primary School in Volyně, some of whose teachers during the socialist era provided interviews for the oral history research in this thesis. The fifth chapter presents the person of the teacher in the times of the past regime. The sixth chapter contains the actual record of the interviews and its evaluation can be found in the conclusion of this thesis.
