Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá Trainee programem ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat prostřednictvím zvolených metod silné a slabé stránky programu a, v případě identifikace slabých stránek, navrhnout změny či doporučit postupy ke zlepšení fungování programu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a zaměřuje se na vymezení základních pojmů a na vysvětlení teorie spojené s danou oblastí. Konkrétněji na řízení lidských zdrojů, vzdělávání zaměstnanců a jejich rozvoj, talent management, trainee programy obecně. V praktické části je zprvu přiblížena společnost samotná, vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců a talent management v dané společnosti. Na základě interních zdrojů dané společností je pak popsán Trainee program a personální činnosti s tím spojené. Za účelem naplnění cílů bakalářské práce je pomocí zvolených metod provedena analýza programu. Mezi zvolené metody patří dotazníkové šetření Trainee programu z pohledu jeho účastníků, rozhovory s náhodně vybranými z nich a rozhovory s vedoucími programu z HR oddělení. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení a představeny návrhy na zlepšení dosavadního fungování Trainee programu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the Trainee programme in the selected company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify through the selected methods the strengths and weaknesses of the programme and, in the case of identification of weaknesses, to propose changes or recommend procedures to improve the functioning of the programme. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on the literature and focuses on the definition of basic concepts and explanations of the theory associated with the area. More specifically on human resource management, employee training and development, talent management, and trainee programmes in general. The practical part begins with an introduction of the company itself, education and development of employees, and talent management in the company. Then based on the company's internal resources the Trainee programme and related personnel activities are described. In order to meet the objectives of the bachelor's thesis, the programme is analysed using selected methods. The selected methods include a questionnaire survey of the Trainee programme from the perspective of its participants, interviews with randomly selected ones, and interviews with programme managers from the HR department. In the end, recommendations and suggestions for improving the current functioning of the Trainee programme are proposed.
