Security for Customs Debt
Abstract:
Práce s ohledem na stanovený cíl v koncentrované podobě zprostředkovává pohled na právní institut zajištění celního dluhu, zejména vymezuje jeho pojem, charakterizuje účel a význam, který v celním právu sehrává a identifikuje jednotlivé způsoby a prostředky, kterými je možné zajištění celního dluhu realizovat, včetně uvedení a zhodnocení relevantní právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to mediate the legal concept of securing the customs debt, in particular to define the term, to describe the purpose and meaning how it acts in the customs law and identify the individual ways and means by which the securities shall be realized. The aim includes the introduction and the evaluation of the relevant legislation.
