Tato diplomová práce řeší rozvoj zaměstnanců za účelem obsazení kvalifikovaných manažerských pozic. Cílem je vytvořit rozvojový plán pro zaměstnance postupující na manažerskou pozici. Rozvojový plán je sestaven na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vedením společnosti a analýzy interních dokumentů ve vybrané stavební firmě. This diploma thesis deals with the development of employees in order to fill qualified managerial positions. The goals is to create a development plan for employees advancing to a managerial position.
