Organizational structure of banking groups
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organizační strukturou bankovních skupin. V teoretické části je vysvětleno, co je koncern neboli holding. Dále jsou popsané jednotlivé typy holdingů, které se vyskytují především ve finančním prostoru. Druhá, praktická část, charakterizuje konkrétní bankovní skupinu ČSOB.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the organizational structure of banking groups. The theoretical explains what concern or holding. Are also described various types of holdings, which occur primarily in the financial area. Further, the practical part, charakterized by a specific group of bank CSOB.
