Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice trestu smrti. Řeší spory, zda trest smrti provádět, či ne. Obhajuje názor celosvětového zrušení trestu smrti. Dále práce nabízí přehled druhů používaných trestů, historii trestu smrti jak v celosvětovém měřítku, tak na území českých zemí a s tím spojenou legislativu. V neposlední řadě obsahuje dokumenty, které popírají existenci trestu smrti.
Abstract:
The work deals with a matter of a death sentence. It focuses on the issue, whether to use the death sentence or not and defenses the world-wide view of not using it. The work includes also the overview of variety of punishments, the history of death sentence within either the World or the Czech Republic (incl. legislation itself).
