Biodiversity of lignicolous fungi in the valley of Žernovický potok in Prachatice District
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o druhové rozmanitosti lignikolních hub v okolí Žernovického potoka na Prachaticku zkoumané během mykologického průzkumu v roce 2020 a 2021. Během těchto let bylo na lokalitě nalezeno celkem 87 druhů dřevokazných hub, z nichž 16 patří do skupiny Ascomycota a 71 druhů do skupiny Basidiomycota. Abstract:
The Bachelor's thesis is about the species diversity of lignicolous fungi around Žernovický brook in the territory of Prachatice examined during the mycological survey in 2020 and 2021. During these years, a total of 87 species of woody fungi were found on the site, 16 of which belong to the Ascomycota group and 71 species to the Basidiomycota group.
