Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současnou situaci na trhu s nemovitostmi v ČR se zaměřením na oblast středních Čech v segmentu trhu týkajícím se satelitních městeček (rezidenční suburbanizace). První část vysvětluje pojmy a popisuje současný stav. Druhá část se zaměřuje na konkrétní realizace.
