Od 1. 1. 2014 je do českého právního řádu zavedena možnost volby monistického systému struktury akciové společnosti. Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou tohoto systému v zákoně o obchodních korporacích, jež obsahuje značné množství nejasností. Since 1st January 2014, Czech public limited companies have been given the opportunity to choose one-tier board structure model. The thesis deals with this model‘s regulation in the Business Company Act, which contains a considerable amount of ambiguity.
