Diplomová práce ze zabývá srovnáním českého a rakouského kartelového práva v užším smyslu tj. zakázaných dohod.Jde zejména o ustanovení § 3 až 6 z.č. 143/2001 sb., o ochraně hospodářské soutěže a § 1 až 3 Kartellgesetz 2005. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of comparison of the developement of the czech and austrian cartel law in the area of prohibited contracts. The thesis also consists of the analyse of the leading cases in this aera and the point of view of the european law.
