Tématem této bakalářské práce je dlouhodobý majetek firmy a jeho technické zhodnocení. V teoretické části vysvětluji základní pojmy k dlouhodobému majetku a kdy se jedná o dlouhodobý majetek. Dále vysvětluji, co jsou odpisy a technické zhodnocení a jak se účtují. Zde jsem použila komparativní metodu pro srovnání různých pohledů na tuto problematiku. The topic of this thesis are the long-term assets of the company and their technical evaluation. In the theoretical part I explain the basic concepts of fixed assets, under what conditions they are considered long-term assets.
