Předmětem bakalářské práce „Stavební spoření versus hypoteční úvěr“ je posouzení výhod a nevýhod úvěru ze stavebního spoření oproti hypotečnímu úvěru při financování bydlení. První kapitola popisuje stavební spoření, jeho parametry v rámci České republiky a možnosti úvěrů. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na hypoteční úvěr a možnosti jeho využití. Abstract:
The goal of the bachelor thesis: “Building Savings versus Mortgage Credit” is to assess the advantages and disadvantages of a building savings loan in comparison to a mortgage credit for funding housing. The first chapter describes bulding savings as well as its parameters in the Czech Republic and the options of credits.
