Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou možností realizace bydlení ve městech a na venkově se všemi potencionálními atributy včetně vzájemných komparací. Bydlení patří k jedné z nejdůležitějších lidských potřeb. Mít vlastní bydlení je snem téměř každého. Ne všichni si však mohou dovolit koupit byt nebo dům z vlastních prostředků. Z tohoto důvodu jsou častým řešením hypoteční úvěry. Ale ty teď kvůli jejich vysoké úrokové sazbě nejsou pro mnoho lidí dostupné. Největším problémem je však poměr mezi hladinou průměrného výdělku a cen nemovitostí. Současná situace zásadně změnila představy o fungování trhu s nemovitostmi a ekonomiky jako celku.Cílem práce je poskytnutí aktuálního pohledu na bydlení a navržení konkrétních kroků pro snížení odlivu lidí z venkova do měst.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of housing possibilities and mutual compa-rison of urban and rural areas with all potential attributes including comparisons between them. Housing is one of the most important human needs. Having a home of one's own is a dream of almost everyone. However, not everyone can afford to buy an apartment or a house with their own funds. For this reason, mortgage loans are a common solution. But these are not affordable for many people now because of their high interest rates. The biggest problem, however, is the relationship between the level of average ear-nings and property prices. The current situation has fundamentally changed ideas about the functioning of the property market and the economy as a whole.The aim of the thesis is to provide an up-to-date perspective on housing and to suggest specific steps to reduce the outflow of people from rural to urban areas.
