A Pupil with Disordered Communication Ability

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zmapování možnosti využití informačních a komunikačních technologií pro žáky s těžkou narušenou komunikační schopností, integrovaných v běžné základní škole a základní škole praktické. Stěžejní kapitoly v teoretické části se zabývají vymezením základních pojmů a obecnými informacemi o narušené komunikační schopnosti. V dalších kapitolách je přiblížena problematika vzdělávání těchto žáků a jejich zařazování pomocí integrace do školního prostředí Základní školy. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována možnosti využití moderních technologií v alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci zejména při výuce, motivaci a relaxaci. Praktická část práce seznamuje s případovými studiemi tří žáků s těžkou narušenou komunikační schopností. U těchto žáků byly sledovány pokroky v oblasti pragmatické roviny řeči (verbální i neverbální), dále pak rozvoj grafomotorických schopností v oblasti psaní a kresby a v neposlední řadě s pokroky při vzdělávání a osvojování si učiva. Využitím moderních informačních technologií při procesu vzdělávání došlo k pozitivnímu pokroku a rozvoji ve všech sledovaných oblastech. Cíl práce zmapovat možnosti využití informačních a komunikačních technologií pro žáky s narušenou komunikační schopností, integrovaných v běžné základní škole byl splněn.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on mapping the possibilities of using information and communication technologies for pupils with serious communication disorder integrated into basic and practical schools. The main chapters of the theoretical part deals with the definition of basic terms and general information about communication disorder. In the following chapters an idea of the education of these pupils and their inclusion through integration into the school environment of basic school is introduced. Special attention is given to the use of modern technologies in alternative and augmentative communication especially in teaching, motivating and relaxing. The practical part of the thesis introduces study cases of three students with serious communication disorder. Advances in the pragmatic level of speech (verbal and nonverbal), furthermore  development of graphomotor skills in writing and drawing and finally also advances in education and learning curriculum were observed with these students The positive progress and development has been reached in all observed areas by using modern information technologies in the educational proces. The objective of the thesis to map the possibilities of information and communication technologies for pupils with communication disorder integrated in regular basic school has been achieved.
