Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá situací vnitrofiremní komunikace ve společnosti ADOT. Jejím cílem je v teoretické části popsat základní principy, obsah a cíle vnitrofiremní komunikace v obecné rovině. Dále teoretická část práce obsahuje popis současného stavu vnitrofiremní komunikace v dané společnosti, její nedostatky a popis změn, jež byly provedeny. V úvodu empirické části představuji cíle a metody průzkumu, který jsem ve společnosti provedla. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení změn a jejich vlivu na zlepšení vnitrofiremní komunikace. Základ tvoří dotazníkové šetření spokojenosti zaměstnanců se stávající situací úrovně vnitrofiremní komunikace ve společnosti a jejich postojů k provedeným změnám. Výsledky průzkumu, jejich analýza a návrhy na možná zlepšení jsou další částí empirické části.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the situation of internal communication in the ADOT company. Its aim in the theoretical part is to describe the basic principles and goals of internal communication in general. The theoretical part contains a description of the current state of internal communication in the company, its shortcomings and a description of the changes that were made. The empirical part introduces the aims and methods of the survey that I conducted in the company. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the changes and their impact on improving internal communication. The base consists of a survey of employee satisfaction with the current situation at the level of internal communication in the company and the employee´s attitudes towards these changes. The survey results, analysis and suggestions for possible improvements are another part of the empirical part.
