Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity a jejich vnímáním ve společnosti. Dále tato práce vymezuje základní pojmy, členění benefitů, nabídku a poptávku na současném trhu s benefity. Současně jsou v práci ukázány možnosti benefiů ve státní sféře a také legislativní a daňové aspekty zaměstnaneckých benefitů. The Bachelor Thesis is focused on employee benefits and their perception in society. There are also defined basic terms, categories of benefits, supply and demand on the current market with employee benefits. Concurrently in the thesis there are shown options for employee benefits in public administration and also legal and taxes aspects of employee benefits.
