V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme srovnávání nástrojů pro identifikaci genů antibiotické rezistence v metagenomových datech. In this bachelor thesis we compare tools for the identification of antibiotic resistance genes in metagenome data. In the theoretical part, we summarize the findings regarding the biological and bioinformatics context.
