Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo nalezení nejdůležitějších faktorů na sdílení znalostí v projektovém týmu v projektově orientované společnosti Atos IT Solutions and Services, s.r.o. V práci byly využité sekundární i primární data. Sekundární data byla získána prostřednictvím rešerše dostupné literatury na téma vlivu projektového prostředí na sdílení znalostí a sdílení znalostí v projektově orientované společnosti. Pro sběr primárních dal byl využit vlastní dotazníkový výzkum poslaný zaměstnancům společnosti, kteří se přímo podílejí na projektech. Výsledkem dotazníkového šetření byla identifikace nejdůležitějších faktorů pro sdílení znalostí v projektovém týmu, jak pro celou společnost, tak v závislosti na pozici respondentů na projektu, stylu řízení projektu, velikosti projektu a průmyslovém zařazení projektu. Výsledky v závislosti na pozici respondentů byly následně ověřené pomocí rozhovorů s vývojářem, konzultantem a manažerem. Z výsledků šetření vyšlo najevo, že nejsou statisticky významné rozdíly ve vnímání vlivů jednotlivých faktorů při sdílení znalostí v závislosti na pozici, kterou zaujímají na projektech. Na základě výsledků důležitosti jednotlivých faktorů pro společnost byly faktory věcně sloučeny do skupin a následně byla analyzována důležitost jednotlivých skupin. Nejdůležitější skupinou faktorů pro sdílení znalosti byl pro společnost projektový tým. Přínosem práce je shrnutí nejdůležitějších faktorů pro společnost. V závěru práce jsou uvedené limity a další možné směry výzkumu.

Abstract:

The main objective of the thesis was to identify the most important factors for knowledge sharing in the project team in the project-oriented company Atos IT Solutions and Services, s.r.o. Secondary and primary data were used in the work. Secondary data were obtained through a search of available literature on the impact of the project environment on knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing in a project-oriented society. The company's own questionnaire survey sent to the company's employees, who are directly involved in the projects, was used to collect the primary data. The result of the questionnaire survey was the identification of the most important factors for knowledge sharing in the project team, both for the whole company and depending on the position of respondents on the project, project management style, project size and industrial classification of the project. The results, depending on the position of the respondents, were subsequently obtained through interviews with a verified consultant and manager. From the results of the survey, it became clear that there are statistically significant differences in the perception of the influence of individual factors in knowledge sharing depending on the position they occupy in the projects. Based on the results of the importance of individual factors for the company, the factors were materially grouped into groups and subsequently the importance of individual groups was analyzed. The most important group of knowledge sharing factors for the company was the project team. The benefit of the work is a summary of the most important factors for the company. At the end of the work are the limits and other possible directions of research.
