Produkce kávy, jednoho z nejpopulárnějších nápojů na světě, zažívá velké změny díky rozvíjející se spotřebě tohoto nápoje. Konzumenti získávají více znalostí ohledně původu kávy a producenti začínají lépe chápat potřeby současné poptávky.
