Téma mojí diplomové práce je Analýza kolektivní smlouvy konkrétního zaměstnavatele ( dle výběru studenta ). V první části mé práce jsem se věnovala charakteristice obecných náležitostí kolektivní smlouvy jako specifického institutu pracovního práva, vymezením současného právního stavu co se týče úpravy kolektivnch smluv v českém právním řádu. Abstract:
The theme of my diploma is "The analysis of the collective agreement". In the first part of this work I characterized general appropriatenesses of collective agreements. In the second part of this work I analyzed the collective agreement of concrete employer especially from the point of view of system and content. I also tried to give recomendations for next collective agreement.
