Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá syndromeme vyhoření u učitelů základních škol, a jejím cílem je nalézt účinné copingové strategie a prventivní opatření, které učitelé používají při vyrovnávání se se zátěží a stresovými situacemi s ohledem na délku jejich praxe. Důraz je kladen na osobní zkušenost a pohled na danou problematiku.

This thesis is devoted to burnout syndrome among elementary school teachers and aims at describing several case studies of primary and lower secondary school teachers, find their coping strategies implemented in order to face negative stressful situations and overloa, as well as possible prventive measures taken with respect to their years of experience. the stress is put on their own experience and …more
