Cílem této práce je nashromáždit dostatek informací umožňující popsat vývoj Policie České republiky v jeho podstatných stránkách. Zejména podmínek pro přijetí do služebního poměru, práv a povinností, požadavků na vzdělání a také vývoje personálního stavu.
