Development of negotiation skills in the company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj vyjednávacích dovedností ve firmě. Zabývá se osobou manažera v procesu jednání a vyjednávání se zákazníky (obchodními partnery). Znalosti a dovednosti manažera jsou klíčovým faktorem, který významným způsobem ovlivňuje efektivní fungování a úspěšnost podniku jako celku. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit osobu manažera z hlediska různých způsobů jednání se zákazníky a zpracovat návrhy procesu samotného vyjednávání ve firemním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou popsána všeobecná pravidla, zásady a metody správného a efektivního vyjednávání. V praktická části páce jsou zpracovány návrhy procesu vyjednávání na rozdílných typech klientů. Dále je součástí praktické části výzkumné dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je ověření úrovně znalostí a dovedností manažerů v procesu vyjednávání a identifikace jejich slabých a silných stránek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of negotiation skills in the company. It deals with the person of the manager in the process of negotiating with customers (business partners). The knowledge and skills of the manager are a key factor that significantly affects the effective operation and success of the company as a whole. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to introduce the person of the manager in terms of various ways of dealing with customers and to develop proposals for the process of negotiation in the corporate environment. The theoretical part describes the general rules, principles and methods of proper and effective negotiation. In the practical part of the lever are processed proposals of the negotiation process for different types of clients. The practical part also includes a research questionnaire survey, which aims to verify the level of knowledge and skills of managers in the negotiation process and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
