Předmětem diplomové práce „Návrh racionalizace průběhu zakázkového řízení v ACO Industries k. s.“ je analýza současného stavu procesů, odhalení slabých míst a návrh racionalizace neefektivních procesů.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis „ Proposal for rationalising the order processing system in ACO Industries k. s.„ is an analysis of current status of the business processes, detection of the bottle necks and proposal for rationalization of the non-effective processes.
