Abstract:
Tato práce analyzuje systémy odvolávek a materiálové toky v procesu logistiky v závodě Škoda Auto, a.s. Vrchlabí. Dále navrhuje a popisuje optimalizační opatření v procesu logistiky v závodě Škoda Auto, a.s. Vrchlabí zavedením vhodných podpůrných systémů pro informační a materiálové toky.
Abstract:
This thesis analyses the systems of orders and materials flows in logistics process in Škoda Auto Vrchlabí. It suggests and describes optimization measures in logistics process in Škoda Auto Vrchlabí through implementing appropriately supporting systems for the information and materials flows.
