Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na problematiku tvorby a významu vnitropodnikových směrnic. Definuji základní pojmy a právní úpravy, které se týkají dané problematiky. V úvodní části popisuji význam vnitropodnikových předpisů určených k ošetření organizačních a řídících procesů. In this thesis I’m focusing on the issue of the composition and meaning of in-house regulations. I’m defying basic concepts and legislation, which tackle this topic. In the initial part I’m describing meaning of in-house regulations, which are applied to treat organizational and management processes.
