Methods of Determining the Insured Value of Property

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Stanovení pojistné hodnoty nemovitostí“ se dělí do čtyř částí. První část práce nás seznámí s pojmy z oceňování nemovitostí a pojištění. Vysvětlení pojmů v tomto případě je důležité, aby nedošlo k jejich záměně. Druhá část práce se zabývá objasněním metod, které se pro oceňování nemovitostí používají, procesem, který je k ocenění nemovitostí zapotřebí a také objasnění si, jaké existují formy pojištění. Ve třetí části diplomové práce se zaměříme na současný stav pojišťoven. V této části bude zapotřebí vyrazit do „terénu“ a zjistit, jak pojišťovny pracují a zda je jejich práce efektivní. Bude stanovena pojistná hodnota určité nemovitosti , abychom porovnali, jak se liší pojištění u třech největších pojišťoven v České republice. Poslední částí diplomové práce je stanovení optimální metody pojistné hodnoty nemovitosti, ve které se zamyslíme nad zjištěnými kroky jednotlivých pojišťoven.

Abstract:

The Thesis „Methods of Determining the Insured Value of Property“ is devided into four parts. The first part introduses us to concepts of valuing real estate and insurance. In this case is explanation of terms very important to avoid confusion. The second part of thesis deals with the explanation of the methods used for the valuation of real estate, a proces that is needed for the valuation of real estate and we’ll explain existing forms of insurance. In the third part of the thesis, we will focus of the current state of insurance companies. In this section, we will need to go to „ground“ and find out how to insurance work and whether their work is effective. The insurance value will be determined for a particular property to compare how different insurance of three of largests insures in the Czech republic. The last part of thesis is the determination of the optimal methods of the insured value of the property in which we’ll contemplate the steps identified of the individual insurance companies.
