Abstract:
Práce se zabývá subpopulacemi T lymfocytů u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou. Srovnáváme patofyziologicky relevantní lymfocytární populace u pacientů a zdravých kontrol a dále sledujeme vliv léčby interferonem beta a glatiramer acetátem na tyto subpopulace v průběhu prvního roku léčby ve srovnání s neléčenými pacienty. The objective of this study was to evaluate T cells subpopulations among multiple sclerosis patients. We analyzed lymphocyte subpopulations in MS patients and healthy controls and studied the treatment effects of interferon beta and glatiramer acetate treatment on T cells subpopulations during first year of treatment in comparison with untreated patients.
