Diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat vhodnost arbitráže pro řešení sporů, jejichž cílem je získat náhradu škody vzniklé z porušení pravidel hospodářské soutěže Evropské unie.Abstract:
The thesis aims to analyse the suitability of arbitration for resolution of disputes, the aim of which is to obtain compensation for damages aris-ing from the violation of the competition rules of the European Union.
