Abstract:

Cílem této práce je analýza manažerských dovedností ve vybraném podniku. Pro tuto analýzu byla vybrána společnost T-Mobile Czech Republic. V teoreticko-metodologické části se práce zaměřuje na shrnutí pojmu manažer a manažerské dovednosti. Jedná se o výběr nejdůležitějších poznatků, které k danému tématu patří. Poznatky získané z této části, budou následně využity v aplikační části, která se zaměřuje na analýzu manažerských dovedností ve vybraném podniku. V aplikační části bude využita metoda sběru dat za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů. Budou vytvořeny dva dotazníky zaměřené na analýzu manažerských dovedností. Jeden z dotazníků bude zaslán manažerovi a druhý jeho podřízenému. Následně bude proveden řízený strukturovaný rozhovor s několika manažery zaměřený na metodu Kaizen. Dále bude v práci provedena metoda analýzy dokumentů a metoda komparace, kdy budou analyzovány odpovědi z dotazníkového šetření. Takto získaná data budou vyhodnocována prostřednictvím statistického testu, na základě kterého bude potvrzena či vyvrácena hypotéza této práce. V diskuzi výsledků bude vyhodnocena nejen tato hypotéza, ale také základní výzkumné otázky. S ohledem na získané odpovědi budou v závěru navržena opatření přispívající k celkovému zlepšení manažerských dovedností. Závěrem bude zhodnocen celkový postup práce spolu s metodou výzkumu.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the analysis of managerial skills in a selected company. T-Mobile Czech republic was selected for this analysis. In the theoretical and methodological part, the work focuses on summarizing the concept of manager and managerial skills. This is a selection of the most important findings that belong to the topic. The knowledge gained from this part will then be used in the application part, which focuses on the analysis of managerial skills in the selected company. In the application part, the method of data collection with the help of a questionnaire survey and guided interviews will be used. Two questionnaires focusing on the analysis of managerial skills will be created. One of the questionnaires will be sent to the manager and the other to his subordinate. Subsequently, a controlled structured interview with several managers focused on the Kaizen method will be conducted. Furthermore, the method of document analysis and the method of comparison will be performed, where the answers from the questionnaire survey will be analyzed. The data obtained in this way will be evaluated by means of a statistical test, on the basis of which the hypothesis of this work will be confirmed or refuted. In the discussion of the results, not only this hypothesis will be evaluated, but also the basic research questions. In view of the answers obtained, measures contributing to the overall improvement of managerial skills will be proposed in the conclusion. Finally, the overall work process will be evaluated together with the research method.
