Tématem této diplomové práce je optimalizace portfolia nemovitostí. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout možnou strategii řízení nemovitostního portfolia a na vzorovém příkladu demonstrovat poznatky z praxe. The theme of this thesis is optimalization of a real estate portfolio. The main goal is to submit a proposal for possible strategy of management of real estate portfolio, and on a sample example demonstrate experiences from practice.
