V této práci se zabývám současnou úpravou zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Zaměřuji se na ty části tohoto zákona, které se věnují tematice mladistvých a problematice s nimi související. In this thesis I deal with the current Act on Juvenile Justice. I focus on those parts of the Act that deal with the subject of juvenile and issues related to them. I analysed of individual articles of this Act and put them in context with other laws, especially the Code of Criminal Procedure.
