Development of Czech Crown Exchange Rate after the Split of Czechoslovakia
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj měnového kurzu české koruny po rozdělení České a Slovenské republiky. První část seznamuje s terminologií okolo problematiky měnových kurzů a popisuje druhy měnových systémů. Druhá část hodnotí připravenost České republiky pro přijetí eura a vstup do eurozóny. Poslední část popisuje vývoj kurzu po roce 1989.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the development of the exchange rate of the Czech crown after the Czech and Slovak Republic. The first part introduces the terminology around the issue of exchange rates and the types of currency systems. The second part assesses the Czech Republic's preparedness for euro adoption and entry into the eurozone. The last part describes the evolution of the exchange rate after 1989 …more
