The influence of working and interpersonal relations on the satisfaction in the working team

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of working and interpersonal relations on the satisfaction in the working team. This bacalara thesis consists of three main chapters, from a theoretical perspective, the analysis of the company which we work with and a practical research of addressed staff and employees. The theoretical part focuses on the general outlook on aspects that affect our everyday working and interpersonal relations, on their satisfaction in the working team and in our working life. In the analytical section is described the profile and mains of the company, which it tries to achieve through its activity in order to make appropriate working conditions for its staff and employees and to keep so satisfied employees. The analysis itself was used to find out and to see how it works in practice and whether the theoretical knowledge is used. And we followed in the practical part through the questionnaire survey the opinion of the staff and employees on the whole satisfaction of the working environment and relations in the working team. The work contains 2 pictures, 28 graphs and 2 attachments.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vplyvom pracovných a medziľudských vzťahov na spokojnosť v pracovnom kolektíve. Bakalárska práca pozostáva z troch hlavných kapitol, a to z teoretického pohľadu, z analýzy spoločnosti, s ktorou spolupracujeme a z praktického prieskumu oslovených zamestnancov Teoretická časť je zameraná na všeobecný rozhľad o aspektoch, ktoré vplývajú na naše dennodenné pracovné a medziľudské vzťahy, na ich spokojnosť v pracovnom kolektíve a v našom pracovnom živote. V analytickej časti je popísaný profil a ciele spoločnosti, ktoré sa snaží svojou činnosťou dosiahnuť, aby pre svojich zamestnancov vytvorila vhodné pracovné podmienky a udržala si tak spokojných zamestnancov. Samotná analýza slúžila k tomu, aby sme zistili ako to prebieha v praxi, a či sa využívajú teoretické poznatky. A v praktickej časti sme pomocou dotazníkového prieskumu sledovali názor zamestnancov na celkovú spokojnosť pracovného prostredia a vzťahov v pracovnom kolektíve. Práca obsahuje 2 obrázky, 28 grafov a 2 prílohy.
