Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá uměleckým projektem, který vznikl jako regionální počin. Práce podrobně ilustruje základní principy úspěšného plánování a řízení projektů. Na základě poznatků z odborné literatury autorka při evaluaci projektu navrhuje změny pro zlepšení podobně koncipovaných projektů.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with an artistic project that originated as a regional initiative. The work provides a detailed illustration of the fundamental principles of successful project planning and management. Based on findings from the professional literature, the author suggests changes for improving similarly conceived projects during the evaluation of the project.
