Tématem této bakalářské práce je identifikační metoda rekognice, její vznik, vývoj a současný stav. První část definuje pojem rekognice, podává výklad základních pojmů, psychologických aspektů a trestně právních základů v Česku. The theme of this bachelor`s thesis is an identification method of recognition, it`s origin, development and current state. First part defines recognition, introduces interpretation of basic concepts, psychological aspects and criminal law fundamentals in the Czech criminal law.
