Abstract:

Diplomová práce přináší ucelený obraz historického vývoje židovské obce v Kloboukách u Brna od jejího počátku na začátku 19. století přes rozkvět na jeho konci až po osudy během nacistické okupace a za 2. světové války. Práce se zabývá vývojem spolku z různých úhlů pohledu, hlavně matrik, kronik a vzpomínek pamětníků. Její snahou je také přiblížit běžný život jednotlivých rodin, jejich zvyky a tradice, způsoby obživy a jejich význam ve městečku. V neposlední řadě je nutné zmínit pokus o rekonstrukci židovské synagogy v Kloboukách, jejíž vizualizace jsou k nalezení v sekci Přílohy.

Abstract:

Thesis delivers a comprehensive picture of the historical development of the Jewish community in Klobouky u Brna from its beginning in the early 19th century during the 20th century through the end of the boom to the fate during the Nazi occupation and under World War II. The thesis deals with the development of society from different angles, especially pertaining to public, chronicles and recollections of eyewitnesses. Its objective is also to approach everyday life of families, their customs and traditions, livelihoods and their importance in the town. Finally, it is necessary to mention an attempt to reconstruct the Jewish synagogue in Klobouky, Czech Republic, whose visuals are to be found in the section of the annex.
