Customer's attitude to the electromobility in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na zjištění aktuálního postoje zákazníků k elektromobilitě v České republice a faktorů, které jejich postoje utváří a ovlivňují. V teoretické části popisuje současný stav a vývoj podílu elektromobilů na celkových prodejích automobilů, zmiňuje klíčové charakteristiky elektromobilu, související dobíjecí infrastrukturu a uvádí nejprodávanější modely v České republice. Analytická část pak používá metodu dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo celkem 327 respondentů. Práce porovnává zjištění vlastního výzkumu s dostupnými studiemi a uvádí i globální kontext problematiky elektromobility, zejména s ohledem na politiku Evropské unie – Green Deal a další makroekonomické faktory, které mohou mít vliv na preference zákazníků. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou v práci formulována doporučení pro subjekty působící na trhu s elektromobily, a to jak subjekty komerční, tak subjekty politické a správní. Doporučení se týkají oblasti informovanosti, státních pobídek a dořešení technicko-ekologických aspektů baterií elektromobilů.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on analysis of the current preferences of customers to the electromobility in the Czech Republic and identification of the factors which constitute and influence their preference and attitude. In the theoretical part it describes current situation on the market, shows the share of the electromobiles on the total sales of cars, and mentions key characteristics of electromobiles, existing network of charge stations and examples of the best-selling models of electromobiles in the Czech Republic. The analytical part uses the research method of questionnaire, to which 327 respondents responded. The thesis compares the data received by the own research with existing studies and puts it into global context of electromobility, especially with respect to the EU policy of Green Deal and other macroeconomic factors, which can influence the preferences of customers. Based on the research recommendations are formulated for the commercial subjects acting on the electromobility market, as well as for political and administrative bodies. The recommendations involve the area of informational campaign, state incentives and solution of outstanding technico-ecological issues of electromobile batteries.
