Strategic Analysis of the AutoESA a.s.

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce je provést strategickou analýzu a připravit prognózy budoucích tržeb, které by sloužily k budoucímu oceňování podniku. V průběhu strategické analýzy bude vymezen relevantní trh, proveden výzkum makroprostředí společnosti a trendů trhu, bude vyhodnocena atraktivita relevantního trhu. Dále bude vyhodnocena síla podniku, provedena analýza konkurence a vnitřního potenciálu. Na základě toho bude vytvořen odhad budoucího tržního podílu. Na závěr práce bude spočítaná prognóza tržeb oceňovaného podniku.

Abstract:

The main goal of the thesis is to carry out a strategic analysis and prepare forecasts of future sales, which would serve for the future valuation of the company. During the strategic analysis, the relevant market will be defined, the company's macro environment and market trends will be researched, and the attractiveness of the relevant market will be evaluated. Furthermore, the strength of the company will be evaluated, the competition and internal potential will be analyzed. Based on this, an estimate of future market share will be created. At the end of the work, the sales forecast of the valued company will be calculated.
