Possibilities of Increasing the Level of Safety in the Microregion Němčicko

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti zvýšení úrovně bezpečnosti v mikroregionu Němčicko. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představen mikroregion Němčicko. Dále jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a instituce zabývající se vnitřní bezpečností. V závěru teoretické části je pak zhodnocen současný stav úrovně bezpečnosti z pohledu kriminality, přestupků a preventivně výchovné činnosti. Obsahem praktické části je návrh možností a způsobů jak zlepšit současný stav úrovně bezpečnosti v daném regionu ze strany obcí, policie, potažmo složek IZS a obyvatel samotných.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is based on the possible suggestion of increasing the level of security in the Němčicko microregion. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the Němčicko microregion is introduced. Furthermore, there are defined the basic concepts and institutions dealing with internal security. At the end of the theoretical part, the current state of the level of security is evaluated. This issue is considered from the point of view of crime, offenses and preventive educational activities. The content of the practical part is a suggestion of possible ways and methods that might improve the current state of the level of security in a given region including the participation of municipalities, police, IZS units and inhabitants themselves.
